Performance Indicators (Form H)

Performance indicators are a tool that provides quantitative or qualitative data regarding the achievement or result of the products (goods or services) generated by the organization. They are a way of establishing a relationship between two or more variables that when compared to previous periods, similar products, targets or commitments allow for a performance evaluation.

Collective Performance Agreement (CDC)

The Collective Performance Agreement is an instrument created by the Ministry of Finance under Act N°983, whose purpose is to provide Senior Executives with the tools aimed at a better management of the organization. The agreement promotes team work and compliance of targets in order to offer a better service to our citizens.
To this end, the senior executive, in this case the Executive Secretary will have to define his teams, units or work areas, his management targets and indicators and agree on a convention with the Ministry of Agriculture.
